Angels on Horseback

A simple yet stylish way to impress at dinner parties!

Ingredients

  • Barnes Wild Bluff Oysters
  • Rashers of bacon
  • Toothpicks & Melba toast to serve

Method

Wrap each oyster in a rasher of bacon approx. 8-10cm long; secure the end with a toothpick. Cook under a hot grill until the bacon is crisp, turning once during cooking. Serve hot on rounds of Melba toast.
