Ingredients
Barnes Wild Bluff Oysters
Rashers of bacon
Toothpicks & Melba toast to serve
Method
Wrap each oyster in a rasher of bacon approx. 8-10cm long; secure the end with a toothpick. Cook under a hot grill until the bacon is crisp, turning once during cooking. Serve hot on rounds of Melba toast.
